My New House

I just moved to a new warehouse and have discovered so many new problems that I was not made aware of before moving! I thought it was a beautiful new modern warehouse but it turns out the real estate agent was lying to me this whole time. He had covered up a bunch of different problems, especially those related to the plumbing and water systems. The gutters are completely filled up with leaves and other debris, and every time it rains my warehouse floods.

I looked up this one company and they offer commercial gutter cleaning and don’t have anything for residential gutter cleaning, which is great because they have a lot of really good reviews. Businesses seem to recommend them and are also really pleased with their professionalism and efficiency.

I could probably clean the gutters out myself, but I’ve never done that before and it’s a bit high up so I would have to buy a ladder. I don’t have very good balance, and holding a massive broom while I’m standing up high on a precarious platform are two things that should not mix. I have also been trying to find the average hot water system installation cost. Melbourne prices are different to regional Victoria prices, which is where I’m from and what I have seen before. My warehouse doesn’t have hot water, which I think should be illegal but I don’t know enough about tenant rights to be certain. I’m going to make a complaint to my landlord and see if they can do any of this work for me instead. If it’s not fixed soon, I am probably going to just move out of the warehouse by breaking my lease. I think I might even be able to do it for free, since the problems with the house were there before I moved in and I was not made aware of them. Apart from these problems, the warehouse is really nice and modern and I like the floorplan and the layout.
