Special House Information

My wife and I are about to buy a new house. We’ve spent months looking to see what’s available in our area and within our budget, and it turns out that there were a lot of really good options on the housing market. We ultimately decided on one that is a very modern townhouse that is the perfect size for our growing family. I’m excited, but I am also concerned about my rights as a buyer.

I want to hire a team of conveyancing lawyers who specialise in property conveyancing. This is a simple way to ensure the property transaction goes smoothly and that we maintain our rights as buyers. I know that in a competitive market such as the housing market, there are many people who try to take advantage of buyers, and often this can also be done to people who are already aware of their rights and have bought property before.

My wife wants to hire a general lawyer, but I have been telling her that it is better to hire an actual conveyancer, since they have specialised knowledge about the property transaction process that most lawyers only know a little bit about. But my wife just doesn’t seem to want to hear what I have to say about conveyancing. Cheltenham has many reputable firms, but she thinks that it’s going to be simpler and more affordable to just hire a lawyer who has a little bit of property experience.

Anyway, we’re still discussing this, but I am excited to move into our new house. It’s in the perfect area for people who are just starting their families, as it is close to a lot of really good schools, and is also surrounded by a lot of greenery and parks. The house itself is very modern, with an open floor plan that has lots of space for everything we need to do. I am really looking forward to decorating this house with all of our interior design skills and making it our own.
